  I would like to thank Mr Rashid for the consistent high-quality care and attention he has provided since first meeting him. Presenting with a broken clavicle that had not been diagnosed and that needed surgery to reconstruct it, Mr Rashid was clear, reassuring and never patronising in his explanation of the operation and likely timeframe to recovery. He was confident in his illustrations and quickly built trust that it would probably be successful, provided I followed the plan set out. After what was quite a long operation which included removing bone from my hip, I was able to stop all painkillers within ten days and have regained my shoulder mobility and strength ahead of all of his initial predictions. He is extremely responsive to any queries and always practical in his advice. I am very grateful to Mr Rashid for his work and would highly recommend him to others. I continue my rehabilitation and intend to follow his advice as he clearly understands what is needed to ensure it heals fully. Thank you very much for your time to date
