  Having received a recommendation from a sports injury consultant to see Mr Rashid for a potential elbow arthroscopy, I contacted his office and was looked after immediately. Living outside of London, the team helped to schedule my consultant and physio appointments to make the process as easy as possible. Mr Rashid is clearly at the top of his profession and quickly diagnosed the need for an arthroscopic debridement of the elbow to enable full extension. This was carried out expertly and with superb care from all the St John’s & St Elizabeth Hospital including the wonderful physio team. I now have almost full extension of my elbow with more physio yet to come. Thank you!
