  Our daughter never regained full flexion in her arm following bad medical care after she broke her elbow in Spain followed by emergency surgery in London. Mr Rashid analysed all aspects of what would come next to try to regain full use of her arm including any tests, arthroscopic surgery, and physio. He saw her at the right points in each procedure, and was very involved with the physios, whom he has worked with for many years. We felt like the care was incredibly thoughtful, and everything was explained to us very clearly. Our daughter took the message on board, and after surgery, was very diligent with physio. We are so relieved, grateful and amazed, two years after the initial break, that she has regained full flexion and full use of her arm. Mr Rashid never guaranteed that for us, but in the end, she made a full recovery. We feel very lucky to have found him.
