  I was referred to Mr Rashid after a nasty fall after which I experienced a lot of pain in the arm and shoulder where ligaments had been torn. I saw Mr Rashid after I had received treatments which had not alleviated the problem.
  
  From the start of his care I felt understood and taken care of. His decision to send me for an ultrasound steroid injection by a doctor chosen by him was life changing when after 2 days or so I had almost no pain at all. This was followed by a series of home visits by a physiotherapist recommended by Mr Rashid. She helped me to increase my strength and to mobilise the affected areas to the point where Mr Rashid reviewed me and was extremely happy with my progress and discharged me.
  
  The team were excellent professionals and were easy to talk to and they listened. They were sensitive to the needs and limitations of an older person and I appreciated this. The hospital staff I came in contact with were overall helpful and fully engaged.
  
  I would recommend Mr Rashid and his team wholeheartedly. I owe my recovery to this team.
